Clear Spring Pond is a Minnetonka neighborhood located in the southwest side of the city. Clear Springs is a larger neighborhood that has approximately 150 single family homes. Homes for sale range between $260,000 to $670,000 in price. House styles in Clear Spring are a mix of two story traditionals and ranches with sizable yards and mature trees.

Clear Spring is close to several of Minnetonka’s finest amenities, including Purgatory Park which lies a couple miles to the east. The closest school to Clear Spring is Clear Springs Elementary School. Clear Springs serves around 800 single family homes with a student/teacher ratio of 15. Other nearby schools include Minnetonka High School, Scenic Heights Elementary, and Primrose School of Minnetonka.
